Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by Mono Posters are made to order. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we are unable to restock or resell returned merchandise. We encourage customers to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • The order number

If the claim is approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for damaged items; replacements are provided instead.

Mono Posters reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above requirements.
